Processing Time:

Please note that some of our products are custom and handmade, and take us some time to create and package each order.

For items that are not custom, please allow up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing time as all pieces are handmade to order.

Custom items may take up to 10 days for processing.

Delays may occur around promotional sales events and the holidays.  

We also offer a tracking number with all our orders so you can track them every step of the way once your order is done and shipped!
